Oldtown White Coffee Singapore has appointed Happy Marketer as its digital agency for the third consecutive term. Following the appointment, Happy Marketer will continue to handle both strategy and management across the brand’s key social media platforms. In addition, Happy Marketer will also be working with the brand to set up its Singapore website, and spearhead its performance marketing efforts.
Madeline Tay, head of marketing efforts for Oldtown White Coffee in Singapore said that the brand chose to continue the partnership as Happy Marketer had consistently introduced and implemented new ideas towards meeting its social and digital needs. She added that the brand looks forward to more of such “exciting and innovative ideas” from the agency in the coming year.
“Over the last two terms we have established a strong understanding of the brand priorities and working relationship with Oldtown Coffee,” Prantik Mazumdar, managing partner at Happy Marketer said.
“In our third term, we want to leverage that and focus on building digital assets and help them capture customer data through gamification and influencer campaigns that can help the F&B chain strengthen its position in the market,” Mazumdar added.
