New World Hotels & Resorts rebrands Manila hotel

New World Hotels & Resorts has launched New World Manila Bay Hotel, its second hotel in the city in addition to New World Makati Hotel.

New World Manila Bay Hotel was previously Hyatt Regency Hotel & Casino Manila.

The rebranded hotel features 376 guestrooms and suites, and six restaurants, with meeting and event spaces spanning around 6,700-square-feet combined.

The hotel also has a 25-meter pool, fitness centre and spa.  A casino is part of the same complex in which the hotel is located.

“We are delighted to join New World Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio of properties and expand the reach of its hospitality in the Philippines’ capital,” says Mark Heywood, general manager at New World Manila Bay Hotel.

On the marketing front, to coincide with the launch, the hotel has unveiled the Celebration Stay package offering special room rates and complimentary services such as all-day refreshments, airport transfers and discounts at its restaurants.  The package will run until 31 March.

Renovations for the hotel's guestrooms and public spaces are in the pipeline.
