The National Heritage Board (NHB) has called for a media pitch.
The government body is looking to appoint an agency to provide media planning and buying services which includes traditional, on-ground and digital channels for campaigns and other activities.
According to a brief seen by Marketing, the appointed agency will be tasked to provide the required services for all NHB divisions, museums and institutions. They include the all NHB divisions, museums and institutions such as the Indian Heritage Centre, Malay Heritage Centre, National Museum of Singapore, etc.
The contract period is for 12 months, with an option to extend the contract for another two years on a yearly basis.
For the pitch, interested agencies are required to provide their proposals for two pitch challenges.
The chosen agency will be required to assist in the media buying, negotiation, master contract negotiation) and liaison with media owner at “no additional service fee”.
According to the brief, NHB’s total annual media expenditure is estimated to be between SG$1,000,000 to SG$1,800,000.
The incumbent on the account is Carat which was appointed by NHB in 2012.
