The National Arts Council (NAC) is on the hunt for a creative agency. According to Gebiz, the agency will be responsible for the design of Gillman Barracks’ Art After Dark, START at Gillman Barracks and Singapore Art Week at Gillman Barracks, as well as Gillman Barracks branding and marketing tools.
Interested agencies are required to submit their portfolio of past work. According to the tender on Gebiz, agencies with experience doing similar work for clients in arts, creative or lifestyle industries may be considered more favourably. Additionally, a portfolio of the photographer and designer should be included in the submission. The tender closes on 2 December 2019, 4 pm.
In 2018, NAC picked Ogilvy and Zenith for PR and media duties respectively. During the same year, it also appointed Always Marketing Singapore as its creative partner and launched the “A World Filled with the Arts” campaign.
