Naga DDB gets new head of planning and deputy ECD

Malaysia's Naga DDB is ramping up its teams with two new hires.Naga DDB will appoint its new head of planning, Chia Pi Wo, who will officially join the agency on 1 September this year. Chia told A+M, he will be in charged of overseeing the entire planning strategy for the Malaysian market, and is reporting to Naga DDB's group executive director Kristian Lee.On top of that, he will work closely with Alvin Teo, executive creative director and head of brand management Clarence Koh, in shaping the agency forward - including its future plan and opportunities.Chia was previously working with Ogilvy Malaysia for four years as its head of planning.Meanwhile, chief creative director Teo also gets a new deputy executive creative director, Paul Lim in his team. Lim, who joined the agency on 1 August, will primarily be in charge of Digi account.Before the role, Lim was based in Hong Kong where he worked for Cheil Hong Kong as creative director for 2 years. He was also a creative director with Saatchi & Saatchi Hong Kong and Ogilvy Hong Kong for and 2 and 4 years respectively.
