Wayne Arnold (pictured), founding partner and global CEO of MullenLowe Profero will be leaving the agency on 25 March 2018. This comes two decades since the agency’s founding in 1998 in London. The move was confirmed by the agency in a statement, which outlined several management restructures. This includes the addition of the global chairman role to MullenLowe Profero Americas CEO and MullenLowe Group NY president Aaron Reitkopf’s current responsibilities. Reitkopf has been the agency group's Americas CEO since 2010, and was appointed the president of MullenLowe Group's New York office in 2016.Meanwhile, Ben Mooney joins as global head of business transformation. Mooney joins the network from Publicis.Sapient where he held the role of director of sales and partner alliances. His appointment follows a global career across Australia, Africa and the UK, with management positions at SapientRazorfish, Razorfish, ArdentDigital, BlueArc and Ryarc. In the newly formed role of global head of business transformation, Mooney will be responsible for driving new business, developing global client relationships, overseeing talent transformation and structuring deeper collaboration with technology partners. He will initially be based in Sydney, and will be relocating to New York in 2018. Both appointments commence immediately.“Appointing brave, innovative thinkers like Reitkopf and Mooney to senior positions is testament to Arnold's visionary and tenacious global strategy. Elevating Reitkopf to chairman from within the business reflects our values of finding quality people from within,” MullenLowe global CEO Alex Leikikh, said."I'd like to personally thank the thousands of people who have been part of this 20-year journey so far; from those who started in the office behind the not-so-beautiful laundrette in Islington, to the hundreds of globally curious team members, clients and partners who have helped drive extraordinary work and growth. We have achieved it together, and I thank you," Arnold added.Read also: Meet the CEOs: Profero’s Wayne Arnold
