Mongoose Publishing recently hired Jack Newberry (pictured) as the managing editor for special projects effective immediately.
In this newly created role, he is responsible for managing special projects and brand solutions work and lead the new team of four full-time staff and various freelancers.
Prior to his new role, Newberry was a contributor to Esquire magazine and held a lifestyle editorial role with Black, a luxury car magazine.
In 2011, Newberry joined Mouawad Jewellery Singapore as head of marketing and communications where he was responsible for business development, event producing, public relations and strategic marketing.
Prior to arriving in Asia, he spent over five years focusing on premium lifestyle products including Fine Wines at Fine Jewellery department in London, where he was director of sales and marketing.
