MOM adds another ad agency to its roster

Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has appointed BBDO Singapore as its integrated media and advertising agency for the promotion of workplace safety and health for its occupational safety and health division.

Amongst those pitching for the account were incumbent Grey Group, Havas Media, Leo Burnett and Starlight Advertising. The pitch closed in February this year. BBDO Singapore declined to comment at the time of writing. Marketing has also reached out to Ministry of Manpower for a statement.

Currently MOM is also looking for an agency to help with design, layout, copywriting and production of advertisement and collaterals for MOM's employer branding and recruitment activities.

Most recently, MOM also appointed Publicis Singapore for creative duties and the execution of an integrated communications strategy for digital platforms. It also renewed its partnership with Y&R late last year for its Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices division.
