Mirum Asia Pacific hires engagement director

WPP’s newly launched digital network Mirum has appointed Aaron Teo as engagement director within the agency’s digital transformation and consulting unit.

Teo will partner with client stakeholders to drive business transformation projects and serve as the bridge between clients and Mirum’s consulting teams. He joins from Kimberly-Clark, where he helped drive digital initiatives within the B2B business unit for nearly three years.

Prior to that, Teo worked as an engagement director at Possible Worldwide, and project manager at OgilvyOne. He has worked on a range of accounts during his career, including Cisco, Levis, Nokia, DHL, Hewlett Packard and Brocade Communications.

“Teo is passionate about driving and supporting business transformation and helping organisations connect with customers in an ever-changing digital landscape,” Rueben Anthony, managing director of Mirum Asia’s digital transformation & consulting unit said.

Mirum’s consulting unit offers enterprise system integration solutions, user experience and information architecture design, digital analytics, eCommerce and consumer digital behavior research, as well as CRM solutions.

“I am humbled to be a part of a diverse and talented team at Mirum spearheading digital transformation for our client network. This is a truly exciting time for connecting with customers in an evolving landscape,” Teo said.

Last month, Marketing revealed that JWT would consolidate 11 of its digital agencies to form a new global digital network called Mirum.

The agency operates alongside JWT, but with separate management teams and P&Ls.
