Microsoft and StarHub partner for Xbox One

Microsoft is partnering up with StarHub to offer gamers who buy Microsoft’s Xbox One access to StarHub's content under its console.

By using StarHub’s TV Anywhere app on the Xbox One, existing StarHub subscribers can access 89 channels on the app. Meanwhile, non-subscribers will have access to the SuperSports Arena channel. Also just for to Xbox One, the StarHub TV Anywhere app recognises voice and gesture commands, and allows users to discover content offered on StarHub TV Anywhere via the Xbox One’s Bing search.

Customers can also deploy Xbox SmartGlass, an Xbox app, to turn their mobile devices into remote controls to interact with the StarHub TV Anywhere app directly.

“The feedback from our fans in Singapore has been overwhelming. We are excited about the launch on Sept 23rd and look forward to welcoming our fans to a world of award-winning games, making Xbox the best place to play this holiday and beyond,” Rennie Addabbo, Xbox sales and marketing director, Greater Asia Region said.
