Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI) has called for a tender and is looking for an agency to handle media buy and creative services for a period of one year, with the option to extend for another year.
Meanwhile, the agency will also be tasked to handle all media placements, which includes liaising with appropriate media owners and general administrative matters. The chosen agency also has to propose and conduct campaign measurements and handle evaluation procedures to gauge the effectiveness of the campaigns and the audiences’ recall of the advertised messages.
It would also compile and present survey findings and provide analysis of campaign effectiveness for each month. The tender closes on the 6 June 2014.
