McCann nets Cheung for digital role

Brandon Cheung has joined McCann Worldgroup to head digital strategy across the Cathay Pacific Central Team.

Cheung, former regional digital strategy director at Tribal DDB Hong Kong, will lead digital strategy for the Cathay Pacific account, including all global marketing activity from the head office in Hong Kong.

He joins just weeks ahead of Martin Lever who will take on the role of executive creative director of Cathay Pacific Central Team from 26 August.

Lever steps in to replace Thierry Halbroth, who moved to Thailand to take on the role as executive creative director at McCann's regional agency hub Commonwealth on the Chevrolet business.
