Local creative shop Mandate has joined a network of independent agencies, Worldwide Partners.
The network consists of agencies such as Samuelson Talbot & Partners in Melbourne, WE Marketing Group in Shanghai, Imageads & Communications in Mumbai, MakkiMakki Branding Consultant in Jakarta, Asahi Advertising in Tokyo, Bloomingdale Worldwide Partners in Kuala Lumpur, WEBE in Seoul, The A Team in Taipei, Amex Team Advertising in Bangkok and Le Bros in Hanoi.
The development took place two months ago. Mandate used to be part of E3 network, which was stronger in Europe, said managing director of Mandate, Chew Lee Ching. Mandate is no longer part of E3 as of this year. While Worldwide Partners has a network internationally, it is strong in Asia, said Chew.
While previously staunchly local in its remit, the agency is seeing the need to beef its regional capabilities. 90% of its clients are local, and 10% regional, Chew told Marketing.
It currently services clients such as the Singapore Army (pictured), Sentosa, Vivocity and more.
