M1 tipped to review media duties

Marketing understands M1 is tipped to be reviewing media duties.

In a statement to Marketing, a spokesperson from M1 said that the company is still working with ZenithOptimedia for its media duties. The partnership has been for a period of six years since 2010.

The news of the M1 review comes weeks after competitor telco StarHub moved its account from long-time media partner Mindshare to Carat. Meanwhile, last year Singtel also moved its media account from MEC to Havas.

Currently M1 is in the midst of a new campaign called “M1. For Every One. Everywhere”. The aim of the campaign was to show M1 as a reliable partner always by the side of its customers. It was launched on television and online platforms, following by print activation with out-of-home and digital support.

The creative agency behind the spot is Y&R Singapore.
