M1 dials up digital transformation and improved experience with Capgemini’s aid

M1 Limited, a subsidiary of Keppel Corporation, and one of Singapore’s leading communications providers with more than two million customers has undergone a digital transformation, and put in place new platforms. Working with Capgemini, it leveraged Capgemini’s strong regional capabilities in user experience design as well as its collaboration with Sitecore to transform M1’s digital platform.

Capgemini conceptualised and developed an integrated e-commerce, web content, and marketing solution (built and hosted on Sitecore’s e-commerce content management system) integrated into the backend systems, to provide an improved digital experience to M1’s customers.

The solution also provides a foundation for M1 to continue improving its in-store experience and self-service offerings catering to all its customers.

By incorporating a streamlined interface that is more intuitive for customers, the implementation of the simple-to-navigate website coupled with M1’s easy-to-build plans, allows its customers to understand and make their own decisions just the way they want, all through a single digital platform.
