M+C Saatchi has added to its leadership ranks with two senior client service appointments across Sydney and Melbourne.
Topher Jones joins the national team in the newly created role of client experience director, overseeing client services across Sydney and Melbourne. He was previously at Droga5 Sydney, leading the business management team, and has worked with brands including Westpac, Suntory, Meat & Livestock Australia and British Airways.
In Melbourne, Louise Rutherford has joined as client partner, tasked with driving results and growth for the office. She was most recently at Thinkerbell, where she led accounts including GWM and Bupa, and has also held senior roles with TBWA, The Monkeys and Grey London.
Managing director Tanya Vragalis said the appointments reinforced the agency’s focus on strengthening leadership and client partnerships.
“These appointments reinforce our focus on bringing in exceptional leadership to deliver meaningful impact for our clients," Vragalis said. "Topher and Louise have a deep level of experience, strong leadership, and a shared commitment to building best-in-class client partnerships. They are also exceptional humans.”
