REPRISE, and S+REWARDS by Sino Mall, blitzed the competition at the first Loyalty & Engagement Awards in Hong Kong and earned accolades as the overall winners of the Best of Show – Agency and Best of Show – Brand respectively.
The Best of Show – Agency winner REPRISE scooped up five gold awards across the categories of Best Engagement Campaign – Targeted Audience; Best CRM Strategy; Best CX/UX Strategy; Best Loyalty Campaign; and Best Use of Apps.
It also won one silver and three bronze in the categories of Best Loyalty Campaign – Launch/Re-branding; Best Membership Programme; Best Loyalty Programme – Retail; and Best Use of Experiential Marketing.
The title came after the agency showcased a well-rounded strategy by successfully engaging customers, along with understanding their preferences and behaviours, through Sino Mall’s multi-mall socialised interactive rewards programme S+REWARDS.
Meanwhile, S+REWARDS by Sino Mall snatched the prestigious title Best of Show – Brand and was presented with five gold, one silver, and three bronze awards for its campaign “S+REWARDS by Sino Mall – Turn Shopping into Playtime” at the Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2020 in the same categories as REPRISE.
Launched in mid-July until the end of last year, the campaign aimed to turn shoppers into S+REWARDS members, strengthen ties with the local community, and grow footfall in the malls.
The app includes a wide range of interactive features to attract customers to join. For example, they can invite friends to partake in the programme to earn extra points, which allows them to redeem rewards directly in the stores and at the concierges.
Apart from earning and burning the points, the app also features games with surprising rewards as they can unlock extra privileges by fulfilling shopping missions to earn badges that come with special time-limited privileges such as exclusive gifts, discounts, and more.
