Doreen Cheng rejoins DFI Retail's Mannings as marketing director

DFI Retail Group has appointed Doreen Cheng (pictured) as its marketing director for health & beauty, North Asia, and H&B own brand power brand, effective from 10 March 2025. 

Cheng will report directly to Alex Liu, managing director, health and beauty, Hong Kong, Macau and China, DFI Retail Group and will have a dotted line to Andrew Wong, CEO, health & beauty of the company.  

In her new role, Cheng will oversee and lead DFI’s North Asia Mannings marketing strategy and operations, fostering meaningful customer connections in the diverse and ever-evolving market.  

She will also continue DFI's commitment to customer education while leveraging new communication channels. With a strong belief in a customer-centric approach to engaging customers, Cheng will continue building on the foundation of key initiatives, including omnichannel and driving incremental customer purchases through services. 

With extensive experience in senior marketing roles at global and regional brands, including Mars Wrigley, Unilever, and Lian Hua Supermarkets China, Cheng most recently served as global chief marketing officer at Lee Kum Kee Sauce Group, where she led global brand and category strategy development.  

Prior to Lee Kum Kee, she was the marketing director of health & beauty, North Asia of DFI Retail Group, overseeing DFI’s North Asia Mannings marketing strategy.
