He formed his career in Australia, working with brands such as American Express, Microsoft, Diageo and Unilever with agencies covering digital, media publishing and traditional through Razorfish, the white agency, Ogilvy, Droga5, Innocean and Yahoo!.

Fredrik Gumpel, CEO at Lion & Lion, states, “With the recent management changes in Indonesia and Singapore, we further strengthen our position and capability to help our clients with strategic and impactful marketing, as well as building an organisation that is driven and motivated by helping businesses grow.”

“Campbell-Bruce’s digital marketing expertise and experience will be vital in driving the business and market further. The Indonesian market offers huge potential, and I am confident John will contribute and deliver great value to the business,” he said.

Gumpel added that Ghoos has successfully grown the Indonesian team and business, and as the managing director for the business in Singapore, he will ensure we keep a clear focus and continue to deliver strategic and impactful marketing as a trusted partner.
