Link Asset Management is launching the “Soul good wellness festival” across 25 shopping malls to promote physical, mental and emotional wellbeing across Hong Kong.

Available until 31 December 2026, the campaign brings health and sports activities into neighbourhood settings and turns Link’s malls into interactive platforms for holistic wellbeing. New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (NLPRA) is the campaign’s wellbeing partner, providing professional guidance on mental health messaging and co-hosting the “Colour Walk” charity event.

The festival reflects Link’s long-term commitment to community wellbeing, inviting people of all ages to adopt a “Soul Good · So Good” approach to daily life across five core highlights: interactive workshops, tech-enabled sports stations, accessible fitness touchpoints, photo installations, and a mindful charity walk.

To accommodate these activities, Link has upgraded indoor and outdoor areas across its properties into versatile gathering spaces. On selected weekends through 13 December, “Weekend Recharge Stations” will activate these venues in collaboration with tenants such as 24/7 Fitness, Dr. Kong, and Watsons. Each venue offers distinct thematic programming.

TKO Spot centres on energetic parent-child activities, including street dance, pickleball, and senior chair yoga. Sau Mau Ping Shopping Centre and Lok Fu Place focus on mind-body balance through yoga and DIY craft workshops, with Lok Fu Place teaming up with SKECHERS to host pet-yoga sessions. Meanwhile, Wo Che Plaza has partnered with Parks & Trails to offer guided neighbourhood nature tours that integrate local ecology, historic architecture, and landscape art into the wellness journey.

Access to these weekend sessions is linked to customer rewards. Shoppers who spend HK$300 or more at designated malls can redeem a “Wellness Pass” to reserve one wellness class and one themed workshop, while those spending HK$100 or more can reserve a single workshop. On-site mini-games are free for all visitors, and participants who complete five activities can collect a complimentary wellness gift bag.

Alongside the workshops, Link is featuring motion-capture “Sports stations” across 10 malls through 18 December. These contactless digital setups allow visitors to engage in interactive fitness without specialized equipment. An “AI progress tracker” delivers real-time posture feedback for exercises such as running in place, squats, and vertical jumps to help improve core stability, endurance, and coordination.

Additionally, a two-player “T-Shots challenge” tests reflexes and accuracy across three interactive levels. Participation in the sports stations is free, with exclusive gifts available for challenge completers who present eligible receipts. At selected locations, Vita Green is also providing complimentary health assessments, including a 30-second microcirculation check.

Throughout the festival period, public areas across Link malls are outfitted with wellness prompts, step-counting walking routes, high-jump photo walls, and quick exercises using existing facilities. Mindfulness reminders and healthy cooking tips are strategically displayed to help shoppers unwind during their everyday routines. In November, Link and NLPRA will launch the “Soul Good Colour Walk,” a mindful walking activity that encourages participants to pause, observe a specific colour in their environment, and ground themselves in the present moment.

To turn participation into community support, Link will donate HK$5 to NLPRA’s Community Support Services for every public social media post featuring a “Colour walk” photo collage with the hashtags #linkhksurprise and #Wellnesswithlink, furthering efforts to build mental health resilience across Hong Kong.
