Rushbrook joins Leo BurnettLeo Burnett Group Singapore has appointed Steve Rushbrook (pictured) to the newly created role of operations and content director of the agency. Rushbrook joins Leo Burnett with two decades of experience in the advertising industry. He most recently held the role of national managing partner of Ogilvy South Africa. Rushbrook was alsopart of the start up and development of RedWorks. He will report to John Kyriakou, CEO, Leo Burnett Group Singapore.Tommy Bahama strengthens international teamTommy Bahama Group which recently announced its international expansion and has already opened stores in Macau and Singapore, has made two new strategic appointments to the company's international team. Raymond de Malherbe named as senior managing director of Tommy Bahama International and Brian Pearce has been promoted to managing director of Tommy Bahama International for Asia. Malherbe will be responsible for managing all existing international business as well as expansion into new markets while Pearce, who will be based in Hong Kong, will responsible for developing the regional retail team and rolling out the Tommy Bahama brand in Asia.French Game show ropes Asian audienceFrench game show Fort Boyard brought to Asia by global TV network TV5MONDE is set to premiere the reality game show exclusively on StarHub Channel for local audiences. Locally in Singapore, the show is being marketed using social media via TV5MONDE Asia's Facebook and Twitter account, on-air cross promos through StarHub and PR to drive viewer awareness. A Celebrity Charity Special episode starring Hollywood actress Eva Longoria and NBA Star Tony Parker will also telecast on Sunday, 19 August 2012.
