Beauty brand L'Oréal Thailand has reappointed Wavemaker Thailand to manage media duties for the 12th year following a review. The contract includes two new scopes in digital lead media and paid search.

The agency will be covering all media services for the four divisions and brands under L'Oréal in Thailand, including professional products division, consumer products division, L'Oréal Luxe and active cosmetics division.

L'Oréal Thailand said it was "impressed by the level of commitment and enthusiasm" Wavemaker has demonstrated throughout the pitch process. The decision was based on the team’s strategic approach and understanding of the business.

Meanwhile, Wavemaker Thailand MD Christina Vacharanetr said L’Oréal is constantly challenging and evolving the way they work together to drive business performance. "Our strong purchase journey understanding, alongside our operating system (rapid growth planning), has enabled Wavemaker to become strategic consultants in the marketing strategy, digital and data space," she added.
