Kreab Gavin Anderson adds managing partner

Kreab Gavin Anderson appointed Jin Lu as managing partner of its Beijing branch.With 25 years of experience working with leading multinational and Chinese companies, Lu has previously led public affairs and corporate communications at PepsiCo and McKinsey; acted as vice president of Beijing-based public relations company Fortune China; and worked as account director at Ketchum Newscan’s media strategy group in Hong Kong.Lu began his career with Xinhua News Agency for Beijing and Hong Kong.“Lu brings direct experience from major Chinese and Western companies,” said Walter Jennings (pictured), Kreab Gavin Anderson managing partner for Hong Kong and China.“He understands the perspectives of Chinese enterprises that wish to expand internationally and of multinationals that seek to strengthen their positions within China.
