Knight Frank promotes Bonnie Lam as to handle marketing and comms for Greater China

Knight Frank Greater China has promoted Bonnie Lam as director, marketing and communications for Greater China, according to Lam's LinkedIn.

Lam was promoted in October. Prior to her promotion, she was associate director, marketing and communications for Greater China from October 2019 to October 2021. She joined the company in August 2014 as senior officer, marketing and communications for Greater China, before being promoted to manager, marketing and communications for Greater China in April 2016. She held this position until September 2019.

Prior to joining Knight Frank, she also held experience in the marketing industry as she worked for online eComemrce platform Reebonz, where she handled customer relationship management, marketing planning and execution via multiple channels, including loyalty programme, eDM and SMS marketing, social media and other digital marketing channels

She was also tasked with PR and offline event management, liaising with PR agencies and other vendors for the planning and execution of offline events. Other duties include budget control, marketing results and sales monitoring and analysis. as well as content management, copywriting and translating for all promotional materials.

Lam also worked for Pixo Punch, which is now part of Accenture Interactive. She managed projects for digital and print marketing projects, including eDM, eCards, websites, Facebook Apps, Mobile Apps, and portal banners. Lam also provided digital solutions and planning for clients and conducted result monitoring and reporting for clients.

Throughout her career, she has worked with a wide variety of clients including Citibank, Dah Sing Bank, ParknShop, Lee Kum Kee, Swire Group, Watsons and Watson's Wine.

Knight Frank's Hong Kong business was established in 1972. In addition to its office in the city, the company also operates in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Taipei and Macau, serving clients ranging from individual private investors, clients and homeowners to major developers and investors. Apart from leasing, buying and selling properties, as well as asset management, the company also conducts a wide variety of research on residential and commercial properties and markets.
