King Content has appointed former brand manager from McCann Worldgroup and Formul8, Diana Chew, to business development and marketing assistant.
Chew will develop a rapport with potential new clients and work closely with the commercial director, Peter Bakker, to ensure that all new business opportunities are capitalised on. She will be drawing on her experience working with multiple brands such as OCBC, WingTai Asia, Mitsubishi Motors, Bordier, Sembcorp and L’Oreal.
King Content is rapidly expanding and adapting its in-house planning and strategy capabilities to meet global client demands, and remains a leader across all areas of content production and amplification. Chew, who has previously led brand and project management in her career, is proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu, Chinese and Cantonese, and also developed integrated communications campaign proposals across key markets in the region is an ideal fit for the role.
Bakker (pictured) said: “With Chew’s agency and client experience for local and regional brands, getting her on board has been a big win for us. Having been at the forefront of numerous pan-regional brand developments – Chew will enable us to grow our Asia business even further.”
Diana Chew, Business Development and Marketing Assistant, says: “I’m very honoured to be part of the King Content team that operates globally at the cross section of communication, technology and strategy. “
