Ken Lingan is new Google Philippines Country Manager

Google Philippines has hired Kenneth Lingan as its new Country Manager for the Philippines.Ken (pictured) joins Google from Unilever where he was VP for Deodorants, Southeast Asia and ANZ, based out of Singapore. Prior to that, Ken was Marketing Director for Unilever Home and Personal Care in the Gulf Region.His appointment comes 11 months after the internet giant posted the vacant role on Google's official recruitment site last 27 February. Google Philippines confirmed that Narciso Reyes, the former GM, has left his post at that time and the company is currently on the hunt for a successor.READ ALSO: Google begins hunt for new Philippine Country Manager“The Philippines is fast digitizing, and I am very much inspired by the possibilities that Google can bring our users, advertisers, and publishers here. Ken is married and has two young daughters.
