Jebsen Group promotes Gordon Lo to head up digital

Jebsen Group has promoted Gordon Lo to head of digital and channel marketing, according to his LinkedIn account.
Previously, he was senior manager of the company, leading a team of 17 members as well as overseeing 15 beer brands and managing over 200 beer promoters. Lo joined the company in 2015 as marketing manager, where he developed a clear vision for the business and generated annual marketing communication plans with full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, monitoring the net income after expenses.
He was also responsible for managing product positioning, go-to-market strategies, target audience, key messaging, packaging, pricing to ensure successful execution of product launch.
Prior to Jebsen Group, he was brand manager at San Miguel Corporation, responsible for brand development, formulating brand strategies and marketing plans, monitoring (P&L) forecast and control. He also handled advertising and promotional spend budget, drove and implemented the digital, above the line and below the line plans as well as inventory control, performed marketing analysis and business review.
In the earlier part of his career, he worked for Sony as global marketing strategist. Based in Tokyo, he was responsible for business development and product marketing, formulated global sales and marketing strategies to ensure profitability and operations efficiency, provided direction and assistance to China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Vietnam on implement marketing programmes, and explored new promotion opportunities and new revenues income on network entertainment service in Mainland China and working closely with strategic partners such as Baidu, Tencent, Youku, PPTV and hiapk.com on product development.
