For the second consecutive year, Jack Morton has launched its creative latent incubator programme in Sydney, which is now open for applications.

The company states that university and college graduates are now eligible to apply for a 12-month paid role with the Sydney creative team as part of the "Exposed" graduate programme for 2020. Applicants will be required to answer a brief via 30-second smartphone video recordings but will also need to remain anonymous, as the agency hopes to make their eventual selections based on ideas rather than backgrounds and appearances.

Candidates will have to demonstrate brave thinking, constant curiosity, and the capacity for big ideas to secure a place in the programme. Those shortlisted candidates from the first round will be invited to a live battle of ideas that will reveal the final winners.

“Nurturing and fostering talent is a key priority for us at Jack Morton and this programme is the perfect platform for young creative talent to grow and learn from the best in the industry. With Jack Morton Australia’s incredible history of exporting creative talent globally, I’m confident the programme will provide graduates with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to succeed,” said Vinny Panchal, general manager of Jack Morton Australia.

Currently, Jack Morton has no limit on intake. After completing the placement, graduates could be offered a permanent position in one of Jack Morton’s APAC offices, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Sydney.
