iris promotes Chiew as Naidu moves on

Integrated creative agency iris Singapore has promoted Clarence Chiew as creative director as Subha Naidu moves on to a new role.

Chiew will be taking over duties of Subha Naidu who has moved to the iris New York office.

In his new role, he will be reporting to Craig Mapleston, managing director, iris Singapore

Chiew (pictured) will be leading the creative vision for all Singapore-based clients while Grant Hunter, regional creative director at iris will be the driving force behind iris' regional accounts.

Chiew currently already leads a team of 16 creatives across different content disciplines, creating a diverse range of regional and local work for the likes of Tiger Beer, Heineken, Johnnie Walker, Adidas, Audi, Standard Chartered and SingTel.

Prior to iris, Chiew was the associate creative director at JWT and joined iris in June 2011, as deputy creative director.

"Subha has left the place in great shape - really delivering brilliant work for our clients and creating a great, collaborative creative team," Mapleston said adding that Chiew would be the "the right guy to take on the iris Singapore creative leadership."
