iris opens new office in Bangkok

iris is opening an office in Bangkok, Thailand, its 7th office in the APAC region.After working across Australia, Singapore and Thailand over the last three years at iris, Graham van der Westhuizen (pictured left) will be taking the position of managing director. He will be focused on bringing new clients into the fold, developing key client partnerships and expanding the agency’s capabilities by attracting talent in Thailand.Atiwat Manassarikan (pictured right) will be joining as planning lead, following his career at agencies such as Storyteller and JWT Bangkok. Manassarikan will bring his local knowledge and category experience to the business while adopting his entrepreneurial enthusiasm and expertise to deliver effective ideas for bold brands.iris Bangkok will be working with existing global iris clients such as Philips and Shell, as well as regional clients including Chang Beer, collaborating with the network’s creative teams in Sydney and Singapore.Ian Millner, global chief executive of iris, said, “Expanding to Thailand is a natural progression for us.
