IPG Mediabrands secures Stuart Clark for regional role

Stuart Clark, managing director, Havas Media International APAC and regional head of Middle Office has left the role to join IPG Mediabrands.In his role as client managing partner of the APAC region, he will partner with Mediabrands’ global and regional clients such as Hershey’s, Coca-Cola, ExxonMobil, Sony, Chrysler etc. and drive their business growth in the region.Stuart joins Mediabrands from a long-standing career at Havas Media and formerly at MPG in Singapore and the UK. He was also the managing director of MPG Singapore. Stretching over 14 years in the two countries, Stuart started out with MPG in the UK as the international director in 2001 and later moved to MPG Singapore as their Managing Director and country head in 2007.He was promoted to regional head of Middle Office in 2011 and International MD, APAC overseeing regional and global clients such as Hyundai Kia, AXA, LG, Shangri-La Hotels, Emirates etc. across 19 markets.Prashant Kumar, President of IPG Mediabrands World Markets Asia, said: "Stuart combines deep and diverse media experience in Asia with a credible persona and easy youthful positivity.
