Telkom Indonesia has refreshed its leadership line-up following an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in Jakarta on 16 September, as the company seeks to strengthen governance and accelerate its digital transformation strategy.

Shareholders approved changes to the board of commissioners and directors, which Telkom said will provide a stronger foundation for steering the group through the fast-moving digital industry.

The new board of commissioners is led by president commissioner Angga Raka Prabowo, joined by commissioners Rionald Silaban, Rizal Mallarangeng, Ossy Dermawan, and Silmy Karim, with Deswandhy Agusman, Ira Noviarti, and Yohanes Surya serving as independent commissioners.

On the directors’ side, Dian Siswarini serves as president director, with the team now including Arthur Angelo Syailendra (finance and risk management), Willy Saelan (human capital management), Honesti Basyir (wholesale and international service), Veranita Yosephine (enterprise and business service), Seno Soemadji (strategic business development and portfolio), Nanang Hendarno (network), Faizal Rochmad Djoemadi (IT digital), and Andy Kelana (legal and compliance).

Telkom described the reshuffle as a strategic move to reinforce leadership at a pivotal time. “Telkom continues to transform into a digital telco and an enabler of the national digital ecosystem with global competitiveness. With a stronger leadership structure in place, we are optimistic about accelerating the transformation, delivering sustainable value for all stakeholders, and strengthening Telkom’s contribution to the nation and the country,” the company said in a statement.

Financially, the group remains on solid footing. In the first half of 2025, Telkom booked consolidated revenues of IDR 73 trillion (US$4.4 billion), with net profit reaching IDR 11 trillion (US$663 million) and a net profit margin of 15%. EBITDA stood at IDR 36.1 trillion (US$2.2 billion) with an EBITDA margin of 49.5%, underpinned by operational efficiency and disciplined capital management.

Looking ahead, Telkom said it remains confident about growth in the second half of the year despite market and macroeconomic headwinds. The company pledged to continue rolling out innovative digital solutions, reinforce its global competitiveness as a digital telco, and deliver long-term value for stakeholders.
