Ideally has appointed Danica Paki as head of commercial for APAC, as the SaaS market research platform accelerates growth across the region.

The appointment coincides with more than 15 new hires, as the company expands its presence and pushes deeper into enterprise markets.

Paki will lead commercial strategy across APAC, focusing on platform adoption, enterprise partnerships and agency relationships, as demand grows for faster, more accessible research tools.

She joins from ArchiPro, where she served as New Zealand CEO, playing a central role in the company’s commercial transformation and international expansion after initially joining pre-Series A as GM of growth and client experience.

Earlier in her career, Paki helped build Little Giant/Isobar New Zealand into a Gold Digital Agency of the Year winner prior to its acquisition by Dentsu New Zealand, and has held senior roles at YoungShand and Tribal Aotearoa.

“Joining Ideally feels like a full-circle moment for me,” Paki said. “At a time when companies are under increasing pressure to move faster and smarter - and with less - that ability to go to market with confidence is incredibly powerful.”

Ideally co-founder and CRO Josh Nu’u Steele said the hire reflects the company’s ambitions in the region.

“Danica is the real deal. She’s built and scaled revenue functions inside high-growth tech businesses, she gets what enterprise customers actually need, and she moves fast,” he said.

“APAC has been on a roll, and having someone of Danica’s calibre leading that charge - I couldn’t be more excited about what we’re going to build this year.”

Ideally has expanded rapidly over the past two years, now operating across more than 30 countries and working with over 250 brands including Google, Kraft Heinz and Danone.
