Former CEO of food and restaurant review website HungryGoWhere, Frank Young (pictured) has departed the company, having been in the role for over a year. Young was in charge of the Singapore and Malaysia markets during his time at HungryGoWhere.
Singtel, which owns HungryGoWhere, declined to comment on Young's replacement.
As CEO, Young oversaw the growth and expansion of the HungryGoWhere brand and service offerings such as reviews and restaurant bookings. He also worked with the team of developers, sales people, account mangers and editorial staff to make HungryGoWhere one of the go-to sites for all things related to food.
Prior to joining HungryGoWhere, Young was the CEO and co-founder of Weekender Group for more than three years, helping to launch the Weekender with fellow ad industry professional David Phey. Before co-founding Weekender Group, he was managing director and executive creative director at Crush Advertising for over nine years.
