Host has appointed former BBH creative director Noah Regan as executive creative director in Singapore.
Regan joins after a relatively short stint at BBH after joining the agency late last year.
Prior to BBH, he was creative director and partner at The Monkeys, an independent agency based in Sydney for four years. He has also worked at DDB London in the past, developing campaigns for Harvey Nichols, Volkswagen and Marmite among others.
Other stints for Regan include working for over eight years at Saatchi and Saatchi Sydney, on brands such as Toyota, Lexus, Emirates Airline and United Nations.
At Host, Regan will lead the agency in conjunction with managing director, Dan Gibson who joined in late 2012 prior to the formal launch of the business.
Gibson moved to Singapore in 2010 and spent three years as managing director of Ogilvy Advertising.
Regan said the role at Host gave him a chance to “lead an agency in its infancy and create something truly unique in the fastest growing, most exciting market in the world.”
Gibson added, Host is about working with the right creative collaborators to deliver great ideas for clients.
“We hope Noah’s fantastic creative record will attract lots of interest from new creative partners, ensuring Host is working with the most interesting creative people around,” Gibson (pictured centre) said.
Host Singapore officially opened its doors in January 2013 with founding clients including The Coca-Cola Company and Tourism Western Australia.
The agency, which is 51% Havas owned, said that Host Singapore is the first of several regional ‘hubs’. It will look to launching offices in Shanghai and San Francisco next.
