As the outbreak of the COVID-19 coronavirus continues to impact businesses and households, HKBN has offered a one-month service fee waiver for selected customers.
Under the new measure, customers of HKBN's residential fixed services, including broadband, home telephone service, and IDD monthly plan, can apply online to receive a one-month service fee waiver up to HK$200 per account. As for corporate customers of HKBN Enterprise Solutions, HKBN JOS, and HKBN Cloud, they can also apply for a one-month service fee waiver for up to HK$500.
“As Hong Kong is deep in our roots, we believe it is our responsibility - as one of Hong Kong’s leading enterprises - to proactively do everything possible to help ease the financial burden of our fellow Hongkongers in such tough times," said William Yeung, co-owner and executive vice-chairman of HKBN.
"Realistically, as our own measures will only go so far, we hope more companies will step up to extend a helping hand. Our collective action for Hong Kong will make all the difference," commented NiQ Lai, co-owner and group CEO of HKBN.
