Head of retail marketing Ben Mahmud exits Shell Malaysia

Ben Mahmud (pictured), head of retail marketing, Shell Malaysia has left the company.He has also helmed the role of retail lubricants category manager, according to his LinkedIn, during which he was responsible for delivering sales and gross margin for lubricants in Shell's retail network in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Brunei. He also spearheaded innovation in the area of convenience retailing through the introduction of Deli2Go and Costa Express at Shell's stations.Taking over his position is global lubricants retail marketing manager Chung Ai Kee, who has confirmed her appointment to A+M. According to her LinkedIn, Chung has helmed the role of global lubricants retail marketing manager for more than three years. During her time in that role, she was responsible for driving collaborative strategies and partnership in Shell for effective lubricants channel strategies.Prior to that, she was customer strategy and planning manager Asia and fuels marketing manager for Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Brunei at Shell.
