Children toy manufacturer Hasbro Singapore has extended its partnership with Strategic Public Relations Group (SPRG)Singapore, tasking the agency to provide strategic communications counsel, media relations and oversee publicity initiatives for 2013.
The year-long appointment will see SPRG provide media relations and strategic communications support across all of Hasbro's brands offerings. The appointment comes as an extension for SPRG, having worked with Hasbro for several other campaigns in 2012.
Over the past year SPRG oversaw publicity efforts for the Resorts World Sentosa Singapore Transformers Cybertron Convention 2012, held in SEA for the first time. It also helped the launch and promotion of the two-sided Monopoly board game that was conceptualised and developed by Hasbro Singapore. Other tasks for the agency included the launch of the new Furby.
"SPRG has demonstrated a deep understanding of our business and communication objectives, and have shown the ability to navigate and lead in an increasingly complex media landscape," Joy Koh, interim general manager of Hasbro Singapore said.
