Harvey Nash hires Lewis PR for Asia-wide push

LEWIS PR, the global communications agency, has been appointed as the Asia Pacific agency of record for Harvey Nash, the global executive search and leadership services firm.

LEWIS will help drive Harvey Nash’s regional communications strategy out of Hong Kong, with a focus on raising the profile of the firm’s executive search services.

Harvey Nash’s Asia Pacific operations are growing rapidly in response to increasing regional client demand for executive level hires and talent mapping services. Harvey Nash has tasked LEWIS with driving communications around the company’s industry-leading capabilities.

This includes Harvey Nash’s diversity led initiatives, such as the Women’s Directorship Programme, a board-preparedness programme exclusively for women leaders created in partnership with The University of Hong Kong, and the global Inspire network.

Harvey Nash’s appointment of LEWIS reflects further diversification of the agency’s client base as it expands in Asia Pacific. The region reported a 25 percent increase in revenues in the last financial year, ending July 31, and the agency aims to further double it in size over the next three years.

“The LEWIS team impressed us with their ability to consistently identify opportunities to tell our story proactively and creatively. Their strategic thinking, insights and media know-how will be tremendously valuable to our operations across the region,” said Sophie Gray, Marketing and Communications Director, Harvey Nash Asia Pacific.

“The expertise of the LEWIS Pulse team will also be a significant plus for us as we look to strengthen our digital and social media efforts in the near future.”

“The war for talent in Asia is heating up, and with it key issues such as diversity and equality. Harvey Nash is an unrivalled leader on these fronts. We’re proud to be partnering with them to tell its story,” said Andy Oliver, senior vice president, APAC, LEWIS PR.

Lewis has been appointed on an initial six-month retainer contract.
