Gushcloud forms partnership with Korean mobile ad company

Gushcloud, a Singapore headquartered influencer marketing and media company, has entered a joint venture with Futurestream Networks (FSN), a mobile advertisement company based in South Korea.

Named Cauly GC, the joint venture will kickstart its operations in Singapore and will make its way into other Southeast Asian markets. Both companies, being part of Yello Digital Marketing (YDM) Group, hold expertise in different fields but are putting their hands together to create synergy.

Gushcloud currently operates in five Southeast Asian countries and is expanding to more countries. This will enable this new joint venture to tap into the Southeast Asian market, especially in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand.

Althea Lim, chief marketing officer of Gushcloud said, “Having seen the success that Cauly has in Korea, we are excited about the opportunities that FSN brings to the table with the formation of Cauly in Southeast Asia. It allows us now to provide a performance based marketing solution to our clients and it brings influencer marketing to a higher level.”

“Since we are building the JV by pulling together both companies’ core capabilities, we expect to see excellent results. FSN hopes to use this opportunity to take few steps closer to becoming a global company,” said Jo Chang Hyeon, vice president of Futurestream Networks.
