GroupM Asia Pacific has won six trophies at Human Resources magazine's first Asia Recruitment Awards.
GroupM APAC was recognised as the gold winner in three categories including Best Recruitment Advertising Strategy, Best Career Website, and Best Use of Recruitment Technology. It also picked up two silvers for Best Recruitment Evaluation Technique and Best Staff Referral Programme.
The five trophies sealed GroupM APAC's win as the Overall Grand Winner for in-house recruitment team.
The award ceremony celebrated both agency and in-house recruitment teams who have achieved excellence in areas such as technology, candidate experience, on-boarding and evaluation.
According to GroupM APAC, the agency utilised technology platforms such as Jobvite and Chequed to help with their talent acquisition and selection efforts.
Together with these partners, the recruitment teams in the region managed to make significant savings in recruitment agency costs.

"We've been very smart in investing in the right processes and systems to help us further and strengthen our recruitment efforts in Asia," Wright added.
The Asia Recruitment Awards was held at the Intercontinental Hotel in Singapore, and was attended by about 300 HR and recruitment professionals in Singapore.
