Grey Group acquires majority stake in Thai boutique agency

Grey Group has acquired Thai advertising and digital agency nudeJEH. The agency will now be called GREYnJ United.

According to a spokesperson from Grey Group, this is a majority-owned acquisition and the local team will be led by Jureeporn Thaidumrong (creative chairwoman) , Kanaporn Hutcheson (managing director) and Thor Santisiri (chairman). The trio be reporting in to recently promoted area director & CEO of Grey Group Thailand and Grey Group Singapore Subbaraju Alluri.

Founded in 2011 through the merger of Nude Communication and JEH United, nudeJEH provides creative, branding, strategy consultation, web design and production services. It also has its own digital arm, Nine Dotz. The agency has a headcount of more than 60 full-time staff. It services clients such as BIO Consumer (Fineline, Tros, D-nee and Vivite ), Cutepress, Bar-B-Q plaza, Ananda Development, Bangkok Airways, Bangkok Dusit Medical Services and Tesco Lotus.

The acquisition will allow clients of nudeJEH to access to Grey Group’s offerings such as its in-house broadcast production facility, GreyWorks, its full service digital and social medial agency, Grey Digital and its Hong Kong based shopper-marketing agency, Grey DPI. Similarly, Grey Group’s clients from across the globe will benefit from the creativity and local expertise of nudeJEH.
