HTC appoints Goodstuph

Social media agency Goodstuph has won HTC’s account for social media marketing in Singapore. The agency pitched for the account in early December and beat out three other agencies for the account. The account is for a period of one year and is currently being led by Joshua Tan, digital strategist at Goodstuph.

Indonesia and Thailand are also the other two markets currently conducting the pitch. The incumbent for the account was Noisy Crayons which held the account for two years. The pitch was conducted as part of its standard review.

Goodstuph is looking to make its mark in the region with plans of opening two new offices.

Pat Law, managing director of Goodstuph earlier said that Bangkok and Hong Kong are next on the agency’s expansion list.

The agency is set to start up Thailand with an approximate six figure billing. Currently, it has one major client with over 20 alcohol brands in the market.  The office is set to open early 2014.

Meanwhile, the Hong Kong office is slated for a mid-2014 launch. The agency has already bagged a client in the market, however, Law declined to comment further on the matter adding it was a regional client it has previously worked with.
