Golin names Lottie Longford marcomms director for APAC

Golin has appointed Lottie Longford as director of marketing and communications APAC for multiple Golin Group agency brands, including Golin and DeVries Global.

In this newly created role, Longford will be the Asia Pacific lead to drive brand positioning and initiatives for both agency brands in the region, working closely with global, APAC and market leaders. She also helps identify opportunities, support the employee value proposition, content creation, internal communications and overseeing media.

Before her new position, Longford was director at Golin Hong Kong. She led the team’s health and wellness accounts, having transferred from the agency’s London location in 2016.

She joined the Hong Kong office in 2016 as a senior manager. In this position, she directed both local and multi-market campaigns, strategised real-time social media activities, managed branding processes, drove new business opportunities and crafted stories that live and breathe across different platforms, according to her LinkedIn.

She will report to Golin’s head of growth, Simon Ruparelia and APAC president Darren Burns.

“Longford is one of our key business leaders in Hong Kong and someone who has a palpable passion for our industry. In her new role, she will help shape our growth by communicating to talent, clients and the wider industry about the change we drive in Asia," said Burns.
