Golin Hong Kong has appointed Pinky Lam as head of digital.
In her latest appointment, Lam will be working closely with Golin’s creative studio team to ensure Golin’s approach to data-driven creative works is recognised and implemented. She will also be collaborating with regional and global Golin offices to support the development and use of proprietary digital products specifically within the data set.
Lam brings over 10 years of digital marketing and channel planning expertise to Golin. With an extensive background in social media and e-commerce, as well as web and app production for agencies such as Ogilvy and Fimmick, in industries such as travel, tech and FMCG, Lam's commerce strategy and storytelling excellence will help further strengthen Golin’s digital offerings.
Lam will report to Golin Hong Kong's managing director Jane Morgan. "As we see e-commerce and digital customer journey needs a rapid growth trajectory, Lam joins us at just the right time to further support our clients in their need for social and digital strategies that take action,” said Morgan.
"Golin Hong Kong's recent developments in data-driven solutions excited me, and I hope to build on what has already been achieved at a time where clients need it more than ever," added Lam.
