Golin HK appoints Jeroen Fermie as executive director

Golin Hong Kong has named Jeroen Fermie as executive director to strengthen the agency's?corporate reputation business.

In his new position, Fermie will steer Golin Hong Kong's corporate practice with a focus on the agency?s progressive PR position. He will report to?Jane Morgan, managing director of Golin Hong Kong.

?He is a strong addition to the leadership team in terms of technical capability. His experience allows him to quickly draw conclusions and be that strategic guide our clients need. Equally as important is personality; he fits right into the Golin culture of being driven and curious but with his people at the heart," said Morgan.

She added, "The appointment, combined with our new set of proprietary data tools, means we have a refreshed corporate reputation offer in Hong Kong and I?m excited to see what next year brings."

Fermie has joined from?MSLGroup where he was based in Hanoi, serving as general manager for Vietnam. His experience in Europe and Asia includes senior roles at multiple global PR agencies where he has led corporate reputation, change management, and internal communications, as well as heading up crisis teams across a range of sectors covering financial services, logistics, technology, F&B, and FMCG.

Speaking of his new position, Fermie said, "Golin Hong Kong is a dynamic agency that injects progressive creativity into its proven PR and corporate communications strategy.?I?m excited to lead the team in further bolstering the Hong Kong office as a local and regional hub with a strong record of driving impact for businesses.?
