Go Comms partners Kyodo PR

Kyodo Public Relations (Kyodo PR) has partnered with GO Communications, further casting both agencies' nets wider in the Southeast Asia region.With this partnership, Kyodo PR will have access to GO Communications' deep knowledge of the Malaysia business environment as well its network of offices in Sri Lanka, Cambodia and Thailand.GO Communications, meanwhile, can tap into Kyodo PR's resources and insight in the PR industries and network of offices in Japan and China, the second and third largest economies in the world.Kyodo PR chief executive officer, Takashi Kamimura, said, "Japan is now the world's fourth largest importer of goods after the US, China and Germany. This partnership will provide GO Communication's clients and Kyodo PR's clients with the means to tap into each other's markets."Chief executive officer of GO Communications Michael De Krester (pictured) said the partnership will provide the agency with the invaluable opportunity to tap into Kyodo PR's over 260 clients and over 250 staff in Tokyo.Kyodo PR's clients include Toyota, Tokyo Disneyland, Nissan, UNIQLO, Sony Ericsson, Tourism Malaysia, Pioneer, Oracle, NEC, BMW, Michelin amongst others.Currently, GO Communications Group has partnerships in Thailand, Cambodia and Sri Lanka.  Negotiations are underway for partnerships in Vietnam, Myanmar, Philippines and Indonesia.
