Frasers Property SG partners with DBS to launch digital F&B concierge service

Frasers Property Singapore has partnered with DBS Bank to launch Makan Master, a digital F&B concierge service, planned for release later this year. The service will be available to all retail customers and tenants of Frasers Property Singapore via the Frasers Rewards application, and aims to seamless and convenient experiences to shoppers.Makan Master is part of Frasers Property Singapore's “Go-digital" programme, set up to develop digital assets that support customers and tenants on their individual digital journeys. The service will allow customers of Frasers Property malls to reserve tables at F&B outlet, pre-order dishes, and pay for meals instantly at the table.Payments through the service can be made with any DBS/POSB Credit/Debit Card and DBS PayLah!. Customers will also be able to use DBS rewards to offset their purchases when ordering meals through Makan Master as well as earn DBS Points, Cashback or POSB Daily $ on selected DBS/POSB cards with Frasers points awarded for each transaction.With the cashless payment system, the service hopes to allow tenants to cater to a broader customer base, increase productivity, as well as potential cost savings.“Digital technology is a powerful enabler of our goal to improve customer experience at our properties.
