Facebook seeks agency lead for Singapore and Malaysia

Facebook is on the hunt for an agency partner to be the face of the company among key holding groups within the Singapore and Malaysia agency communities. The role will be based in Singapore.

According to a post on its website, the individual will be responsible for driving the revenue growth of the head office, and relationships with all key agencies. This will be done through partnerships with main clients, education and strategic partnerships. Facebook expects the individual to have deep knowledge in marketing communications and strategy, empathy and understanding of agency business models, which will help when creating and delivering consultative sales presentations.

The individual is also expected to have experience in selling cross-network online marketing solutions. Facebook added that the appointed individual will also work collaboratively with sales support, operations, product, marketing sciences and marketing teams to ensure Facebook meets the needs of the agencies and their clients in the two countries.

Other responsibilities include managing, negotiating and activating complex agency contracts to successful completion, and maximising efficiency.
