Expedia hands Mediavest regional media account

Expedia, online travel company has appointed Mediavest as its media agency for the Southeast Asia region.Marketing earlier reported that the account is worth US$100 million and the incumbent on the account is Carat.When reached out to by A+M, Expedia declined to comment on the appointment. Mediavest was not available at the time of writing.Last year, Expedia hired Simon Fiquet as general manager for Southeast Asia and India. As part of the Asia Pacific management team, Fiquet is responsible for expanding the brand’s footprint, P&L, and strategic business direction for Expedia brand across seven points of sale.
